  • Required Minimum 3 years of Experience as a WordPress Developer
  • Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
  • Database Knowledge: Experience with Timeseries and Graph Database is must along with SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of payroll process, compliance, HR policies, and employee record management.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and employee engagement abilities.

  • Proven experience in project planning, sprint execution, and cross-team coordination using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to manage project timelines, documentation, client communication, and delivery expectations.
  • Technical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp

  • Hands-on experience in on-page, off-page SEO, keyword research, and technical SEO optimization
  • Ability to analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of improving rankings, organic traffic, and executing link-building strategies.
