Strong experience in Node.js for backend development, React/Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
Proficiency in REST APIs, Git, database design, debugging, and responsive web application development.
Ability to build, maintain, and optimize scalable full-stack web applications.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
Knowledge of payroll process, compliance, HR policies, and employee record management.
Strong communication, coordination, and employee engagement abilities.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva for creating high-quality designs.
Experience designing social media creatives, banners, website UI elements, and marketing materials.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and modern design trends.

Hands-on experience in on-page, off-page SEO, keyword research, and technical SEO optimization
Ability to analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
Proven track record of improving rankings, organic traffic, and executing link-building strategies.
